We’ve been exploring the great outdoors together since 1985. We have hiked, mountaineered, climbed and canyoneered in many parts of the world. We love researching and planning adventures. We seek the rawness of life found in nature.
Our passion is to share our experiences with others. We revel in seeing others becoming more confident and authentic selves through the challenges found in nature.
We are NOT travel agents. With our background, we offer support and practical information for you to brainstorm and plan a successful trip. We offer services delivering motivational presentations and share past expeditions. Our current focus is the Trans Canada Trail.
Julie was a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with training in Somatic Experiencing, fitness and nutrition. In her career, Julie focused on assisting her clients to become more aware of their bodily responses to stress.
Through mindfulness training, her aim was to guide her clients in choosing healthier options to improve their lives.
Julie enjoys pushing her own boundaries and exploring the fine edge of fear where the unfamiliar starts. By exposing herself to challenges, she has gained a better understanding of who she is, her strengths and what is important to her.
